This one day course is perfect for new recruits of the care world. We will help ease them into the understanding of processes and procedures they will need to be an effective care giver. This course is a perfect introduction to care and the setting for a qualification in care. This course should be followed by subject specific courses such as Health and Safety and Moving and Handling.
